The purchaser of Gold Party, LLC Independent Business Products materials consents that they will NOT resell or distribute any of Gold Party, LLC material to third parties or will be subject to legal recourse.
Due to the proprietary nature of the products, all sales are final. Upon Gold Party, LLC discretion, a full or partial refund may be given to the customer. Proof of dissatisfaction will need to be shown. No refunds will be given for promotional items.

Implying or pretending to be affiliated with Gold Party, LLC may result in legal recourse. Third parties who suffer losses in dealing with any persons claiming to be affiliated with Gold Party, LLC shall have no recourse against Gold Party, LLC.
The refiners listed in the “Recommended Refiner List” are not affiliated with Gold Party, LLC and as a result Gold Party, LLC does not guarantee their performance. Gold Party LLC’s offers only a satisfaction “money-back” refund guarantee, refunds to be determined on a case by case basis, solely by Gold Party, LLC . Gold Party LLC’s recommendations of these refiners are based on previous experience and subject to change at any time.
